To start designing the album you just need to go to your online album link that was sent to you via email from your album designer. 

If you want to change an image or make comments to your designer to have something changed, you can just click the image and type in what you would like to have done in the bubble that appears. Once you have finished making all of your comments, you just click on the "submit comments" button in the bottom right of the page.  Your designer will be notified of the submission changes and will begin reviewing your comments. If they have any questions, they will reach out to you for clarification if need be.  Once the changes have been made, your designer will notify you via email letting you know that the changes have been made and you can log back into your album viewer to see the changes.  

It is beneficial for you and the design team to make sure you are using an email that you will be regularly checking after your wedding.
