Audio is an important aspect to your wedding video. To ensure we get the best audio we will mic up the groom. The grooms mic will be able to pick up both the bride and the grooms voices during the ceremony and vows. We also want to mic up your officiant as well. In some instances the officaint is farther away or may move around during the ceremony. If we rely solely on the grooms mic, this could result in poor audio quality. We ask that you get permission from your officiant for us to provide them with a wireless lapel mic prior to the wedding day so that we can ensure proper audio for your wedding video. It is very important that you let your officiant know about this ahead of time.

As a side note: These mic's are closed circuit, which means they do not pick up the voices for all of your quest to hear through a sound system. They are used for the cameras to get the audio for your wedding video only. If you need a mic for your guests to hear during the ceremony and you have our Dj services, please contact the office to discuss possibly adding on the ceremony music to your order.
