How to set and run a campaign

Run the campaign on behalf of the brand

The influencer network agency admins and managers are now able to create campaigns on behalf of brands they are working with.

The campaigns can be either private or public. 

NB: PRIVATE CAMPAIGN - Influencers will not be able to see this campaign unless you invite them.

PUBLIC CAMPAIGN - Influencers on all member platforms across the globe can see and apply to this campaign. You will still be able to invite influencers yourself as well as limit campaign visibility.

Choose the campaign you would like to create and follow the instructions. 

The first step is General settings – here you select an existing Brand or create a new one, fulfill your planned budget and name your campaign. 

General settings can be changed at any time during the creation of the campaign.
There you could also turn off/on publication draft as the mandatory step by expanding Advanced settings.

Before finding and selecting influencers, you have to add a brief to your campaign – this step is to add some description of the brand, campaign purposes, mention additional materials, select channels that would participate etc. 

Once the brief is created (or postponed before the campaign start) you can add influencers to your campaign.

The above-mentioned criteria will be transferred to the search filters and you will see the result with suitable influencers. The search can be adjusted to expand or narrow down the results. 

After adding the influencers to the basket you can schedule the date and time of the publications. Besides settings of the time, you can manage influencer cut for each participant.

Influencer cut – the amount which the influencer will receive for this participation. If you work with the influencer from your agency you can maintain the amount of the cost the influencer will receive.
If you want to adjust draft settings for any channel specifically it is possible to make this on this step. 

The influencer agency can also include additional services that will be serviced to the brand by the agency. This will be included in the invoice for the brand and paid by him along with bookings. 

In the end, you invite influencers and run the campaign or save it as a draft expecting later corrections.
