Each campaign booking is linked to the dedicated chat, so that all campaign participants (influencers, brand and agency) can discuss all the details inside the system. 

If the application to the campaign was done by the agency the influencer can communicate with the agency as well in the separate chat.
Each user has INBOX page that contains all the conversations and unread messages counter. It is accessible via dashboard after you login with your credentials. There is also text search in place to make it easier to find an appropriate conversation.

Also you can track all system notifications in notification hub allocated on the top of the page. This allow you to be informed right away about applications, sent drafts and publication links etc.
