In order to be able to create a campaign, you need to be logged in as a Brand (either brand or agency admin). On the left-sidebar choose My Campaigns and on the upper right corner choose Create campaign.
This will bring you to the wizard where you need to specify campaign details.
There is a new style and features in the campaign creation flow.

There you could also turn off/on publication draft as the mandatory step by expanding Advanced settings.

This is important to add a brief description of your brand and campaign purposes to let the influencers know what is it all about.

When you get to the 3rd step all filters and requirements set up for this campaign will sort valid influencers. You can expand the list of filters and adjust the search.

This step can be skipped and finished later. If any step is skipped then you would be able to save the campaign as a draft and get back to it in a while.
If you didn't skip the step and added influencers then the Schedule publication feature will appear.
Choose the day  (any between Start and End dates) and the channel, add any other settings that you need.

After finishing all steps press Invite and Run to activate the campaign. Invitations will be sent to Influencers and the campaign will be running. All invited influencers become available in your Inbox for further communication.

NB: If you mark your campaign as PRIVATE, it will be searchable and influencers will be able to apply to join. If you set your campaign as PUBLIC, it will not be discovered and you will take on the role of inviting selected influencers to join.
