You can now manage your Bay availability yourself by navigating to the 'Plant Management' tab after you sign in.
This will bring you to the Status page. It contains the contact information and address you have associated with your business. It also includes a real-time map showing your location and if any trucks are near you.
From here you can select 'Bay Management'. Here, you can add/edit Bays, and Add/Edit needed Downtime periods for your plant.
Add a Bay
Click the 'Add Bay' button on the Bay Management page.
Fill in the Bay name and estimates for the time needed for the plant to receive loads including weight, duration of Pump time, and necessary breaks.
Next, you can set individual receiving windows for each day of the week as needed. Don't forget to hit Save!
Add Downtime
If something happens that renders a Bay unable to receive milk you can document it here.
On the needed Bay click 'Add Downtime' This will bring up a popup where you can add additional Bays for downtime if you need to. You will need to enter the expected start and end times.
You can add a 'Comment' here as well to explain why the Downtime has been added.
