Driver - Logging a Processed Fluid Route

Updated over a week ago

Processed Fluid Routes are routes that your Co-op has scheduled to be completed for the day; these routes will show both the Date and LT number so that you can confirm you’re selecting the appropriate route.

The following steps will guide you through how to log a Processed Fluid Route in your Milk Moovement app.

  1. Log in to your Milk Moovement app.

  2. Click on the menu button on the top right of the screen.

  3. Toggle the 'Processed Fluids' button at the bottom to 'ON'.

  4. Click 'Scheduled Route' to find your route.

  5. Click on the route card assigned to you, identifying your route by checking the LT Number, Type of Product, Start Location, and End Location. If needed, you can also use the search button to find your route by entering the pickup or dropoff location to view loads assigned for the next day or the previous day.

  6. Once you’ve clicked on the route, enter in the Manifest Number, PO Number, and select your Trailer. Click Continue.

  7. Click on Log Pickup.

  8. Log Pickup will bring you to the page below. You will enter the Gross and Tare Weight, and take 4 pictures by clicking the camera button on the app. Once you’re done, click Send Pickup.

  9. You will now see the pickup information being logged. Please click Mark In Transit to inform the stakeholders that you’re on your way. You can now drive to the Dropoff Location.

  10. Once you have arrived at the Destination, click on Log Delivery.

  11. Similar to step 8, enter the Dropoff Gross and Tare Weight. You will also take and attache the 4 images (Scale Ticket, COA Slip, Manifest, Seal). Once you’re done, click Send Dropoff.
Note: If you’re not scaling in/out at the Destination Plant, use the Gross and Tare Weight from the Origin Plant.

  12. You will now see the Dropoff information being logged. Once this is done, hit Close Route and you’re done.

While on any page within the Milk Moovement App, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the bottom right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
