Steps

Sample Barcode Invalid

This error is caused by the barcode not meeting validation standards for a region.

  • Start by having the going back in the app and reselect the correct producer

  • Confirm details on Sample sticker match the intended Producer and Tank for the pickup

Duplicate Sample Barcode

This error presents if the barcode that is being scanned already exists.

  • A different sample barcode will be needed

Invalid Dip

  • When entering the dip measurement for your pickup begin by entering the whole number for your dip reading where it says 'Reading' and the fraction of your measurement where the zero is.

'Something Went Wrong'

Unspecified failure message

  • Close app fully and relaunch

  • Reboot device

  • Uninstall and reinstall

Duplicate Trailer / Duplicate Route

This message will appear in the driver app when attempting to begin a route with a trailer that is already assigned to an active Route.

You can select ‘Complete Active Session’ to go into the already active route and complete it or hit ‘Start New Session’ to begin a fresh route session under your name using the trailer.

Max Dropoffs Reached

Route with a Drop-Off shows ‘Drop Trailer’

After a delivery has been completed on the app then the button at the bottom of the actions screen should show ‘Close Route’ but in these instances, it shows ‘Drop Trailer/Load’

If pickups were added to both compartments enter the drop-off as split.
