Moorene is here to serve as the first point of contact for common questions and quick resolutions. By handling routine inquiries with speed and consistency, she allows our Customer Experience team to focus on more complex and meaningful support — where human insight matters most.
Like any new team member, Moorene is still learning. While she’s already helping deflect simple issues and speed up response times, she’s a work in progress and will continue to evolve as we refine her training and expand her capabilities. Feedback from our team and our users will be key to helping her grow.
