We’re Adjusting Our Support Hours — Here’s What That Means for You

We’re making a change to how we offer live support — one that helps us better meet your needs, no matter when you’re working.

Starting today, our live agent support will be available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time, every day.

But support doesn’t stop when our agents sign off.


You Still Have 24/7 Support

We know many of you work outside of standard hours — and your work is just as important.

That’s why:

  • Our AI assistant is available around the clock, ready to help with the most common questions.

  • If something critical comes up outside live hours, you can trigger an emergency alert, and our on-call team will be notified.

  • You’ll still have full access to our Help Center, packed with step-by-step guides and troubleshooting tips.


Why We’re Making This Change

Over the past few weeks, we’ve tested this new model — and it’s working. Overnight support requests are low, and most questions are being resolved quickly through AI or self-service.

This change gives our live support team more capacity during peak hours — so when you need human help, you’ll get it faster and with more depth.
