The Reporting page in Milk Moovement will provide a number of custom tables using information entered into the Driver app and portal.

Simply click the ‘Reporting’ option in the lefthand navigation bar.

Tips & Tricks

  • The reporting page does not update in real time - tables within will refresh at the top of the hour. Use the Last Updated widget on the Driver Adoption (Hauler) report page to view when the last update occurred.

  • Reporting page tables will have various filters (Date, Dropoff Location, Route Name, etc.) that can be applied to your data to further distill the information displayed.

  • Some reports will have different pages to view - if available, they will appear above the filters.

  • Before clicking a report to view, use the bookmark icon 🔖 to the right of View Report to add the report to your favorites. Favorite reports show at the top of the page!

  • Hover over the right upper corner of any table to reveal “...” - this will allow you to download the table data into a .csv, .xlsx, or .json file.

Available Reports

Below is an overview of some of the reports available to Haulers in Milk Moovement - not all regions will have access to all reports, and some regions may have access to additional reports beyond what is listed below.

  • Pickups

    • Shows each Pickup logged for each load, per Driver, for the period selected (defaulting to Month) and the number and percentage of dropoffs logged by non-Drivers.

  • Dropoffs

Hauling Producer Pickups

Shows the Producer Name, Producer Number and total Pickup Amount for the date period selected from the Pickup Date range.

Schedule Performance Dashboard - Hauler

A dashboard that outlines the schedule performance for each Processor. This information is displayed on three sub pages:

  • Scheduled Performance by Processor (Table)

    • View each processor and their associated data.

  • Schedule Performance by Hauler (Table)

    • This table will show the schedule data for your hauling company.

  • Schedule Performance by Processor - Dropdown (Table)

    • This table will default to a compressed table - click the grey + under the title (beside Destination Processor Name) to expand the table and view each processor and their associated data + a grand total at the bottom.

Scheduled Route Variance Report

Shows delta between scheduled and actual amount, dropoff time, and delivery location. This information is displayed on two sub pages:

  • Table View

    • Shows scheduled and actual information associated with each load completed by your Hauling Company.

    • Defaults to current day - use the “Dropoff Date” selection in the upper left of the table to view different dates and / or select date ranges.

  • Pivoted View

    • Shows the Scheduled vs Pickup vs Dropoff amounts recorded for your Hauling Company.
