With your feedback in mind, we’ve made improvements to help streamline and simplify schedule notifications so you get the updates that matter most.
1. 🔍 Detailed Change Detection
Once a schedule has been sent out, all changes that have been made since then will be identified and communicated to you effectively.
This would include:
Updated pickup/drop-off times
New producer/processor assignments
Route shifts
Other key schedule adjustments
2. 📘 Easy-to-Read, No-Mystery Notifications
Email and SMS notifications will now highlight updates in a clean, readable format, even if multiple changes happen at once.
You’ll see exactly what moved, what swapped, and what’s new.
3. 🚫 No More “Why Did I Get This?” Alerts
You asked for smarter logic - we built it.
Notifications will now only get sent when changes are made after the initial schedule has been sent to you for that date range.
This means:
Drafts and internal edits? No notifications.
Schedule sent and then updated? You’ll be notified.
Changes outside the original timeframe you received? No notifications.
With these enhancements, you’ll get the timely, accurate updates you need to stay in sync and keep things running smoothly 🥛🐄
How to Get Set Up
1. Navigate to "Settings" on the left hand tab and select "Notifications Settings."
2. Select "Add Notifications" on the top left corner of your screen.
3. Enter the name of your notification and select "Schedule" under Category.
4. From here you can select which type of schedule notifications you would like to receive as well as the format you receive it through (SMS, Email, App, Call).
