You asked - we delivered. Haulers and sub-haulers have awaited the ability to automatically receive copies of delivery reports (manifests) right when they need them 📳.
The result? Getting updates has never been easier. The moment a load is delivered, you’ll receive an email or alert with the report included - no extra steps are needed 📣!
This update is part of our ongoing improvements to support haulers and streamline reconciliation, ensuring everyone is kept in the loop automatically.
In order to get set up, please follow these steps below:
1. Navigate to "Settings" on the left hand tab and select "Notifications Settings."
2. Select "Add Notifications" on the top left corner of your screen.
3. For Delivery notifications complete the following. Enter the title of the notification under “Notification Name.” Then select “Route,” under “Category”. Lastly select “Route Session Close,” under “Type.”
4. Lastly from the bottom of the page, select the format through which you would like to receive notifications.
