Updates to User Management Are Coming!
We’re making updates to the User Management experience for Producers, Processors, and Haulers to make it easier to navigate, more accessible, and more efficient to use day to day.
What’s Changing?
🔄 Everything in One Place 🔄
We’re introducing a new View [Producer / Processor / Hauler] Profile option - we’ve combined the Edit User and View User Management pages into a single experience, making it easier to manage user information without switching between pages!
Don't worry - the existing Edit and View Management options will still be available alongside the new profile view during the rollout.
🌐 Easier Navigation 🌐
No more scrolling through long forms to find what you need. New page headers let you quickly switch between Profile, Pay Information, Asset Management, and Schedule sections so you can make updates faster!
Once you select an edit option, you’ll also be able to easily move between editable sections using the navigation menu on the right-hand side of the page OR the page headers above.
📝 New Custom Fields 📝
We’re also introducing the ability to create custom fields to better support your organization’s unique workflows and information needs.
Approved Admins and Sub Admins will be able to create custom fields, and once created, those fields can be edited by all Admins and Sub Admins - just like any standard field in the system!
Note: Custom Fields will not be included in the display table options from the Producer / Processor / Hauler pages, and they will not be included in any reporting.
