Right now, reports found in our Reporting page refresh once an hour. We're changing that – tier by tier – until every report updates the moment your data does.
Here's the order we're rolling it out in:
Q3 2026
Tier 1: Raw Milk Pickups (View-Only) Report (our first release – a production test run)
Tier 2: Invoicing data and Invoicing-related Reports such as the Checkout Report
Tier 3: Balancing reports, such as the Plant Component Report
Q4 2026
Tier 4: High-frequency global reports, reports that are used by all of our customers
Tier 5: High-usage custom reports
Q1 2027
Tier 6: Remaining custom reports
We'll let you know as each report in your account goes live. If you're an invoicing customer, your Customer Success Manager will reach out directly, well ahead of that cutover, to find a window that works for you.
