We’re making it easier to find and manage the documents available for Processed Fluids Route Sessions!
🔄 What’s changing? 🔄
Previously, when inspecting a Processed Fluids Route Session, the three-dot menu in the top-right corner displayed several options for generating documents and reports, such as:
Bill of Lading (BOL)
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Delivery Report
Other available reports and documents
As the number of available options continues to grow, we’re introducing a new Manage Documents option to keep these actions organized in one place!
🤔 How does it work? 🤔
Open a Processed Fluids Route Session and select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Manage Documents.
A new window will open displaying the available document and report options.
From there, you can select the document or action you need.
🗣️ Who is affected? 🗣️
This update will be available to all co-ops and applies only to Processed Fluids Route Sessions.
There is no change to Raw Milk Route Sessions at this time.

The Manage Documents update is expected to be released on October 5.
