The following steps will allow you to let you share access to your farm’s data with other users such as nutritionists and feed providers:
Step 1: Go to the Creation Zone and select the type of sub-account you wish to create
Step 2: Insert a name, a username, a password, confirm the password, and an email address.
Remember to write down these credentials and share them with the new user. This information will let the new user to login into their account and can also be used to reset their password to one of their choosing.
Step 3: Assign any permissions you would like to share with that account OR use the default permissions we have created for common sub-accounts such as Accountants, Feed Providers, Nutritionists, and Co-Owners. To do this, select the common sub-account type from the creation zone.
Step 4: When permissions are set, click Add Sub-producer, and that user will now be able to log in.
To edit this data, go to Manage Sub-Users and click Sub-Producers. Select the user and click edit, or click delete to get rid of that user.
