The Milk Moovement Penalty Status page is available to select Co-op regions Producers, and provides an overview of the averages for your milk quality in a given month.
The following steps will show you how to navigate the Penalty Status page.
To get to the Penalty Status page, select the Penalty Status tab in the menu bar on the left.
Note: The Penalty Status is shown on a monthly basis with the current month being highlighted with a blue box. To change the month, use the date selector at the top of your screen. For more information on how to use the date selector, visit our help center article HERE!
Information on your Penalty Status page is colour coded. If the boxes are green and say ‘Safe’ or 'Pass', you are within your target. Other possibilities, depending on your region/ Co-op, include:
WARNING if you are getting close to the upper limit of your target
INFRACTION for above standard results
PENALTY/ FAIL for when your results meet the agreed penalty requirements
Selecting each specified month will allow you to see individual infractions for the specified period.
Note: The components tracked on your Penalty Status page will change based on your cooperatives needs and specifications.
