The Dashboard page on your Milk Moovement account gives you an overview or snapshot of your Dairy's production and lab information. This is a great resource to get a quick “birds-eye-view” of daily, weekly and monthly trends.

The following steps will show you how to use your producer dashboard for real-time production and quality information about your farm:

  1. Log into your Milk Moovement account to view your Producer Dashboard.

Note: your dashboard shows the current month’s data by default. You can toggle to different months by using the Date Selector towards the top of the screen. For more information on using the Date Selector, please click HERE!

  2. You can view your ‘Latest Lab Reports’ at the top left of your dashboard. The date on this card tells you the date that the sample was taken along with the corresponding Fat, Protein, SCC, and Bacto result for that sample.

Note: Your Co-ops Lab results may be color coded red, yellow, or green to indicate whether the component is above the allowable limit, approaching the allowable limit, or within the allowable limit respectively for penalties.

  3. Beside ‘Latest Lab Report’ you will find your ‘Last Pickup’. The date on this card is the date of your last pickup. Below the date, you will see the time that has accrued since and the volume for that pickup.

  4. Below ‘Latest Lab Reports’ and ‘Last Pickup’ you will find your ‘Shared Files’ to view any files shared with you from other integrated parties. Click on the file to open it.

  5. The middle of your dashboard shows your ‘Production’. This shows your summary of production including Average Daily Production, Average Weekly Production, and Total Monthly Production.

Note: All production summaries will show your farm’s previous month’s data for comparison.

  6. To the right of ‘Production’ you will find your ‘Lab Averages’ for the straight average of your lab results. The values will show as zeroes if you have not yet received lab results this month.

  7. Below ‘Lab Averages’ you will find your ‘Penalty Status’. This shows if your

Note: If the boxes are green and say ‘Safe’ then you are within your target. Warnings will appear if you are getting close to the upper limit of your target, infraction for an above standard results, and penalty for when your results meet the agreed penalty requirements.

  8. Scroll down to see ‘Pickups and Lab Reports’ list. This shows all of your pickups and lab reports for the month sorted by date.

Note: Toggle to the left to see split pickup and lab result. Toggle button to the right to have our software automatically match lab results to pickups.

  9. Continue to scroll down to view your annual, monthly and daily charts. These charts show both production and quality data.

Note: Use buttons or drop-down menu in the top right corner of the chart to toggle between production and quality results.
