Everyone makes mistakes! In the event that you need to make a change to a logged Pickup or Dropoff in the Milk Moovement app, you can do so from the Actions page, so long as the Route hasn't yet been closed.

If you've already closed your Route but need to make a change, reach out to our support team via the chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen!

The following steps will help you navigate editing / deleting a pickup or drop-off in the Milk Moovement app: This includes restarting the process after an error or adding samples to existing pickups.

  1. From the Actions screen, locate the Pickup / Drop-off you wish to make a change to and slide it to the left to reveal the Edit (✏️) and Delete (❌) icons.

To Edit:

  1. Tap the pencil icon next to the Pickup / Drop-off you want to edit and follow the prompts; you will go through the full Pickup / Drop-off process, and be able to make your changes as you go through each screen.

  2. Select the blue ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the screen to record your changes until you get to the final screen where you will see a blue button that says ‘Send Pickup/Drop-Off’. Note: Your edits will be recorded once you hit ‘Send Pickup/Drop-off’. For example, if you need to add a sample to an existing pickup, follow these steps to locate the pickup and use the editing tools as described above.

To Delete:

  1. To delete a pickup or dropoff, click the red X icon next to the pickup/dropoff you want to edit. When asked “Are you sure you want to delete this?”, tap the blue ‘Yes’ button.

Restarting the Pickup Process After an Error

If you make an error, such as scanning the wrong barcode during a pickup, follow these steps to restart the process:

  1. Navigate back a screen or two in the interface. You will see a warning popup indicating that the current pickup data will be lost.

  2. Confirm the loss of data to restart the process.

  3. Reenter the correct information for the first pickup.

  4. Complete the pickup process for the first sample.

  5. Begin a new pickup for additional samples to ensure accuracy. This approach ensures that each sample is correctly organized.
