Driver - How to Reset your Password

Resetting the password for your account on the Milk Moovement app.

Some Drivers are set up with placeholder email accounts, and cannot complete a password reset on their own; if you don't have a real email associated with your Driver account, or you're just not sure, contact the Milk Moovement support team for assistance!

The following steps will guide you through resetting your password for your Milk Moovement account:

  1. First, open the Milk Moovement app.

  2. Click ‘Forgot Your Password?’

  3. A pop-up confirming that the correct region has been selected will appear; you must be sure the correct region is selected to successfully reset your password.

  4. A new browser window will appear, and you will be prompted to enter your email OR username associated with your Milk Moovement account. Enter your email address OR username and select ‘Send Reset Link’.

    Note: This will send a link to reset your password to the email address associated with your Milk Moovement account.

  5. In your inbox, you will see an email from support@milkmoovement.com - if you do not see this email, check your junk/ spam folder. Open the email.

  6. Click the blue bar that says ‘Reset Password’.

  7. A new browser window will appear, and you will be able to set a new password.


    Note: Your password will need to be at least 8 characters long, and must include at least one number.

  8. Using your email/username and your new password, log into your Milk Moovement account via the app.

While on any page in the Milk Moovement app you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the bottom right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
