Some Drivers are set up with placeholder email accounts, and cannot complete a password reset on their own; if you don't have a real email associated with your Driver account, or you're just not sure, contact the Milk Moovement support team for assistance!
The following steps will guide you through resetting your password for your Milk Moovement account:
First, open the Milk Moovement app.
Click ‘Forgot Your Password?’
A popup confirming that the correct region has been selected will appear; you must be sure the correct region is selected to successfully reset your password.
A new browser window will appear, and you will be prompted to enter your email OR username address associated with your Milk Moovement account. Enter your email address OR username and select ‘Send Reset Link’.
Note: This will send a link to reset your password to the email address associated with your Milk Moovement account.
In your inbox, you will see an email from support@milkmoovement.com - if you do not see this email, check your junk/ spam folder. Open the email.
Click the blue bar that says ‘Reset Password’.
A new browser window will appear, and you will be able to enter your email address and set a new password.
Note: Your password will need to be at least 8 characters long, and must include at least one number.
Using your email/username and your new password, log into your Milk Moovement account via the app.
