In the event that you're unable to locate your Route in Scheduled Routes, or your Co-Operative does not use Scheduled Routes, you'll want to start a New Route!

The following steps will guide you through how to start a New Route in your Milk Moovement app.

  1. Log into your Milk Moovement app.

  2. Once you’ve logged in, you will see three blue buttons that say ‘Scheduled Route’, ‘New Route’, and ‘Existing Route’. Select the ‘New Route’ button.

  3. You will be brought to a screen where you can enter details, such as Route, Trailer, Manifest, and Odometer. Your Route Number will be pre-populated with a randomly assigned value.

    Note: There may be some differences between your screen and the image above; different regions will have different required fields, so do your best to enter information into the fields available to you!

  4. Click on the blue box at the bottom of the screen that says ‘Next’.
