Driver - How to Start a Scheduled Route

Find and begin a Scheduled Route within the Milk Moovement app.

Scheduled Routes are routes that your Co-op has scheduled to be completed for the day; these routes will show both the Date and LT number so that you can confirm you’re selecting the appropriate route.

The following steps will guide you through how to start a Scheduled Route in your Milk Moovement app.

  1. Log into your Milk Moovement app.

  2. Once you’ve logged in, you will see three blue buttons that say ‘Scheduled Route’, ‘New Route’, and ‘Existing Route’. Select the ‘Scheduled Route’ button.

  3. A list of your Hauling Companies Scheduled Routes for the day will appear, which you can scroll through to find your Route. Alternatively, you can use the search function 🔍 to search for a specific Route.

    Note: Some regions will require that you enter the Truck you will use by tapping on the Select Truck dropdown box as the next step; you can scroll through the list that populates, or use the Search function.

  4. After selecting your Route from the Schedule, you will be brought to a page to enter more information; your Route and Route Number information will be pre-populated based on the Scheduled Route selected.

    Note: Some regions will require that you enter the Manifest number by tapping the white symbol to the right of ‘Enter Manifest’ as the next step; this will allow you to take a photo of the barcode, automatically uploading your Manifest number.

  5. Click on the blue box at the bottom of the screen that says ‘Next’.
