Some Milk Moovement users require access to multiple Dairies, and the information displayed therein. We have the ability to link multiple user accounts, which results in gaining access to several dairies at one time with the same login credentials!
The below article will walk you through accessing your linked Milk Moovement accounts. If you or someone at your Dairy require multiple accounts linked, reach out to our team via the chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen to send a message to Milk Moovement’s 24-hour support line!
Login to Milk Moovement using the Email/ Username and Password created for you.
Look to the righthand side of the screen you will see Your first initial, a plus sign( to add users), a notification bell, and a button that says 'Switch user' Click this button!
Select the Dairy whose information you would like to view.
4. To switch to any other dairy you have access to; click the dropdown menu again and select another Dairy or click 'Back to Main' to go back to your main account
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
