Wash Tags allow for easy tracking of the last time a Tanker was cleaned, and at which facility. Drivers will log their Washes through the Milk Moovement Driver app, which will be updated to your portal. This article will help guide you through viewing existing Washes, Editing Existing Washes, or adding a new Wash yourself!
Viewing Existing Washes:
Click the 'Raw Milk Tracking' tab in the menu bar.
Next, click the 'CIP Wash' tab that appears in the menu bar.
On this page you'll be able to see a list of Washes that have been completed for your co-op for this month. Want more information on the wash?
Click on the Kebab Menu located on the left of the wash you would like to inspect.
Next, click on 'Inspect' to view more information.
Adding New Washes:
If a wash was completed but not logged by the driver in Milk Moovement, you can add the wash on their behalf! Here's how:
In your Milk Moovement account, click on ‘'Raw Milk Tracking' in the menu bar on the left and select 'CIP Wash'
Next, click on ‘ADD WASH’.
Click on ‘Wash Date’ and select a date from the calendar that the wash occurred.
Select the wash location from the dropdown menu.
Select the Driver (If available).
Select the Trailer that was washed.
Enter the seal numbers and attach a picture of the wash slip.
Once all the information has been input, click on ‘ADD WASH’ at the bottom of the screen.
Editing an Existing Wash:
Noticed an error on an existing Wash and want to correct it? Here's how to edit a Wash:
Locate the wash you would like to edit and click on the Kebab Menu to its left.
Click on 'Edit'.
Edit any fields and click 'Submit' to save the updated information.
