The Upload/ Download page in Milk Moovement will contain all sorts of helpful, pre-generated reports on a variety of subjects! Read on for more information about how to access Downloads associated with your Dairy, and some basic tips to resolve any issues preventing downloading!
Downloads
In the left hand menu select 'Upload/Download'.
Click 'Select Action' and choose one of the available options.
Pick the parameters for your download, most commonly year and month. These options will change depending on which item you're attempting to download.
Once setting all available parameters for your download, click 'DOWNLOAD'.
Note: The file will automatically be saved to your default Download location on your device (for example, the Downloads folder).
If you have followed the above steps and the file has not downloaded it is likely that popups (and therefore downloads) are being blocked.
To Allow Popups
Look to the righthand side of your browser URL bar; There should be a small red X you can click.
Once you've clicked the small red icon in your URL bar, select the option "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from Milk Moovement".
Click 'Done'.
You should now be able to click Download and have the file download to the designated location on your device!
