Admin - Upload/Downloads

This article will walk you through using the Uploads/Downloads Tab where you'll be able to find various reports and helpful features

The Upload/ Download page in Milk Moovement will contain all sorts of helpful, pre-generated reports on a variety of subjects! Read on for more information about how to access Uploads & Downloads, and some basic tips to resolve any issues preventing downloading!

Downloads

  1. In the left hand menu select 'Upload/Download'.

  2. Click 'Select Action' and choose one of the available options starting with 'Download'.

  3. Pick the parameters for your download, most commonly year and month. These options will change depending on which item you're attempting to download.

  4. Once setting all available parameters for your download, click 'DOWNLOAD'.

  5. If you do not see the report you are looking for it is possible you do not have the permission to access that file. To receive it you can either reach out to the Milk Moovement support team or if you are a sub-admin, reaching out to the main admin you are a sub-account under is also a possibility.

Note: The file will automatically be saved to your default Download location on your device (for example, the Downloads folder).

If you have followed the above steps and the file has not downloaded it is likely that popups (and therefore downloads) are being blocked.

To Allow Popups

  1. Look to the righthand side of your browser URL bar; There should be a small red X you can click.

  2. Once you've clicked the small red icon in your URL bar, select the option "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from Milk Moovement".

  3. Click 'Done'.

You should now be able to click Download and have the file download to the designated location on your device!

Uploads

  1. In the left hand menu select 'Upload/Download'.

  2. Click 'Select Action' and choose one of the available options starting with 'Upload', such as 'Upload Schedule'.

  3. Once setting all available parameters (month, date, etc.) for your upload, click 'UPLOAD'.

  4. In the Upload File window that appears, you can select the 'Choose File' button to open your File Browser and select your file, or you can Drag & Drop your desired file onto the 'Choose File' button area.

  5. When a file has been successfully chosen, the name will display to the right of the "Choose File" button, and your 'UPLOAD' button will turn dark grey.
