This article will help guide you through deleting OR restoring an existing Milk Moovement user account!
How to Delete a User
Occasionally, you may need to delete a user (e.g. the user no longer works for the co-operative). When a user is deleted, they are soft deleted; we will still have a record of the user on the backend, but they will no longer be able to log into their Milk Moovement account. To delete a user, follow the steps below:
Log into Milk Moovement.
From the left-hand menu, select 'Users', and select the appropriate user type.
Locate (or search for) the desired user using the search bar in the upper right side of the page. Click the Kebab button to the left of the user's name, and select 'Delete User'.
Click 'Delete' to proceed with the deletion of the user.
Finding a Deleted User
To view if a user is deleted, follow these steps:
Log into Milk Moovement.
From the left-hand menu, select 'Users', and select the appropriate user type.
Click the 'Exclude Deleted' toggle on the top left corner of the page.
Locate (or search for) the desired user using the search bar in the upper right side of the page.
Any users that are deleted will be highlighted in red.
How to Restore a Deleted User Account
If a deleted user needs to be reactivated or restored, follow these steps:
Log into Milk Moovement.
From the left-hand menu, select 'Users', and select the appropriate user type.
Click the 'Exclude Deleted' toggle on the top left corner of the page.
Locate (or search for) the desired user in red that you would like to restore.
Click the Kebab menu to the left of the users name, and select 'Restore User'.
Click 'Restore' to proceed with the restoration of the user.
