The following article will help you use the Navigation function in the Milk Moovement Driver’s App:
Log into Milk Moovement using your assigned login credentials.
Once logged in, tap the white 3-line circle icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap the ‘Navigate’ option to be brought to a new screen listing all possible Producer destinations for your region.
Scroll through the list of Producers, or use the search field to manually type in the Producer name you're looking for.
Tap the Producer name to open the Google Maps Milk Moovement Navigation tool, which will give auditory directions on how to reach your Producer destination.
To exit the Navigation tool, simply press the small white ‘X’ in the lower right corner of the screen; you will be returned to the Producer list where you can select another Producer to Navigate to or press the white arrow in the upper left to return to the previous screen.
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
