If you'd like to take a closer look at a specific item in Milk Moovement, such as a Pickup or Lab, you can do so using the 'Inspect' function. Read the steps below for more information on how to Inspect an item in Milk Moovement!
Using the menu bar on the left side of the screen, navigate to the page you wish to view (i.e. Pickups, Labs, or Pickups and Labs to view Pickups and their associated Labs all in one place).
Once on the page desired, click the box to the left of the Pickup, Lab, or combined Pickup and Lab to reveal the options available to select.
Inspecting your Pickup or Lab will give you a more detailed view into that individual entry. On 'Inspect Pickup' you can find information such as your Pickup and Sample type, Driver comments, Dip Level, where the pickup took place, etc.
You'll also be able to leave a comment, visible to anyone with access to your Milk Moovement account.
On Inspect Lab Report, you will have a full view on all tested values for the lab report you are viewing.
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
