Admin - Editing & Deleting Schedule Cards

Information on editing and deleting existing Schedule Cards in the Milk Moovement Admin portal.

This article will explore the different ways you can make changes to your existing Milk Moovement Schedule! From editing single and multiple Schedule Cards at a time, to deleting single and multiple Schedule Cards.

Editing Schedule Cards

In the event that you notice an error or need to change Hauling Company, Processor, etc. you may want to edit your Schedule Cards. Read below for more information on editing Schedule Cards individually or in bulk!

Editing an Existing Schedule Card

  1. To begin, either go to 'Raw Milk Tracking' then 'Load Schedule' in the left-hand menu or "Processed Milk Tracking" then 'Load Schedule' . Depending on the types of loads you are looking for.

  1. Search for route you would like to edit by either using the Search Route function to the left of the page or by scrolling through the Schedule.

    Note: You can search using either the Route Number OR the LT Number - keep in mind that both are case-sensitive!

    Processed Fluid

  2. Next, click on the pencil ✏️ or Kebab menu icon on the Schedule card you would like to edit.

  3. Edit the appropriate field(s).

  4. Once completed, click on ‘EDIT’.

  5. Click on ‘YES’ to confirm that you would like to save changes.

    Note: When editing a recurring schedule card, you'll be presented the option to edit the other recurring cards that were originally created - leave the toggle switch in place to edit just the one card you selected, or toggle the switch to the right (blue) to edit the group of recurring schedule items.

Editing Multiple Schedule Cards

Raw Milk

  1. Select the Schedule Cards you need to edit- Select the Schedule Cards you need to edit - you can scroll through the list, or use the Search Route function on the left of the page.

  2. Click the boxes to the left of the schedule items to select which ones you are editing

3. Select the appropriate field you would like to change all card information to (ex. change all cards selected from processorA to processorB).

4. Click on ‘EDIT’.

5. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm the change.

Note: Any edits made in this manner will be applied to EACH Schedule Card you had selected; it is important to ensure you've selected only the Schedule Cards you're looking to update, as this action cannot be undone.

Processed Fluid

  1. Select the Schedule Cards you need to edit - you can scroll through the list, or use the Search Route function on the left of the page.

  2. Click on the bulk edit pencil ✏️ icon located at the top of the schedule.

  3. Select the appropriate field you would like to change all card information to (ex. change all cards selected from processorA to processorB).

  4. Click on ‘EDIT’.

  5. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm the change.

    Note: Any edits made in this manner will be applied to EACH Schedule Card you had selected; it is important to ensure you've selected only the Schedule Cards you're looking to update, as this action cannot be undone.

Deleting Schedule Cards

If a Route is no longer required or you accidentally created too many Schedule Cards on one day, you may need to delete some Schedule Cards. Read the steps below for more information on deleting Schedule Cards individually, and in bulk!

Deleting a Single Schedule Card

  1. Search for route you would like to edit by either using the Search Route function to the left of the page or by scrolling through the Schedule.

  2. Next, click on the trashcan icon in the schedule card you would like to delete. ( Or the kebab menu if viewing raw milk)

  3. A window will appear to confirm you'd like to delete your selection, as deleting a schedule card cannot be reversed - Click ‘YES’ to confirm.
