The following steps will show you how to use the ‘Pickups’ page which gives you real-time access to your farm’s production data!
Select ‘Pickups’ in the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
Note: To change the time selected, use a common Preset range, or to use a custom Date Range, check out our Help Center Article HERE!
For additional information on a specific pickup, select the three-dot menu to the left to 'View Pickup Slip' or 'Inspect Pickup'. You can also add comments to share information with your sub-users after selecting the 'Inspect Pickup' option
Note: You can also sort Pickups data by clicking on any of the column headings; click the heading once to sort by ascending, again to sort by descending, and a third time to remove the sorting by that column. You can also search Pickup information using the search bar in the top right corner of the Pickups table.
Export your Pickup results into a CSV file by selecting the download button in the top right corner beside the ‘Search’ bar and then selecting either option in the drop-down.
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
