Some Co-ops require their Drivers to have Location permission enabled so that they're able to track the location of a load in real-time.
Please read the below steps for more information on enabling Location Settings.
Locate the Settings app on your device; you'll want to look for a Gear icon with 'Settings' below it.
Once in the Settings app, navigate to Privacy, then Location Services.
Make sure that Location Services is on (the toggle will show green if Location Services is enabled).
Scroll down to find Milk Moovement.
Tap the Milk Moovement app icon and select the Always option; this option allows access to your location even when the app is in the background.
Note: Choosing the the 'Always' option is recommended so that Milk Moovement can have access to your location while you're completing your Route, even if you don't have the app actively open/ being used.
Once you've got your Location Services enabled (Always) you can proceed with using Milk Moovement as usual, without receiving the popup asking you to allow Location access.
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
