Some regions have a specialized Processed Fluids section to track the movement of their processed milk loads (such as Cream, Permeate, Buttermilk, etc.)

The Processed Fluids section of your Milk Moovement portal will have individualized pages to track any Pickups or Deliveries of Processed Milk to and from your Processing Plant, as well as a Route Sessions page that displays all Routes with Processed Fluids at your facility.

This article will explain the steps needed to log either a Pickup OR a Dropoff of Processed Fluids at your facility.

To log a Pickup or Dropoff of Processed Fluids, you'll first need to ensure a Route Session has been started.

  1. After logging into your Milk Moovement account, head to the Scheduling, Processed Milk page and locate the load you're looking to log.

Note: Use the filters, such as Hauling Company, or Commodity to have an easier time locating your loads. You can also adjust the week displayed by clicking the calendar icon beside the current month and year displayed in the upper left of the Schedule page.

  2. Each load will have two options; 'View Route Session' or 'Start Route Session'.

    • 'View Route Session' indicates an Admin or another employee has already begun the load and has entered the relevant information (Manifest Number, PO Number, Hauling Company, Trailer, Driver).

    • 'Start Route Session' indicates that the load has not yet been started; you'll need to click 'Start Route Session' and enter the relevant information (Manifest Number, PO Number, Hauling Company, Trailer, Driver) to proceed.

  3. Once a Route Session has been started, the status of the load will automatically switch to 'Awaiting Pickup'. This information can be viewed in the Route Session, as well as on the Schedule cards.

  4. If a Route has been started, and a Pickup has since been logged, the status will automatically update to 'Awaiting Dropoff'. This information can be viewed in the Route Session, as well as on the Schedule cards.

  5. After starting your Route Session or viewing your Route Session, you'll be brought to a page displaying the relevant information, such as LT Number, Manifest, etc. and the status that it's currently in; Awaiting Pickup, Awaiting Dropoff, or Closed.

  6. Only those signed into an account associated with the Scheduled Pickup Location / Dropoff Location will be able to use the blue 'Add Pickup' / 'Add Dropoff' button(s).

  7. After logging a Pickup, the status of the load will switch to 'Awaiting Dropoff'; once a Dropoff has been logged, the status of the load will switch to 'Closed'. This information can be viewed in the Route Session, as well as on the Schedule cards.

Note: A Dropoff cannot be logged without a Pickup having first been logged. Contact the Milk Moovement support team (or your Co-ops scheduling team) for assistance in getting a missed Pickup logged in order to proceed with logging a Dropoff.
