The following steps will guide you through how to set up a custom Tank Clean-out notification.
Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner of your screen, then ‘Notifications Settings’.
Now would be a good time to follow the steps outlined HERE to add your phone number to receive notifications on your mobile device if you have not done so already!
Click the blue plus sign beneath your current notifications, if any.
Enter your preferred notification name (i.e. 'Tank Clean-out').
Set the Category to 'Pickup', the Type to 'New Pickup', the Attribute to 'Partial', and the Value to 'False'.
Select how you would like to receive your notification:
In-app Notification🔔
Email ✉️
SMS/ Text 💬
Phone call 📞
Note: You can change how you would like to receive an existing Notification by toggling the switch to blue (ON) or grey (OFF)
Click SAVE in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Once created, a Notification cannot be edited - a new Notification would have to be made with the desired changes. You can delete unwanted notifications by clicking the X on the left hand side.
