Updated over a week ago

You may wish to share your Milk Moovement data with Facility employees - adding them as a Sub-Processor to your existing Milk Moovement Facility account is a great way to accomplish this! You can allow them access to all aspects of your Facility, or limit what pages they can see/ interact with.

Follow the steps below to create a Sub-Processor account in Milk Moovement that is associated with your Facilities data.

  1. On the top right corner hit "+" and select 'Sub Processor'.

  2. Enter a name, username, password, and an email address in the provided fields.

  3. Select the types of Permissions you want your new user to have.

  4. When permissions are set, click 'ADD SUB USER' at the bottom of the page. Share the Username/ Email and Password with your new user so that they can log into their Milk Moovement account!

Editing/ Deleting Sub-Processors

  1. On the Dashboard go to "Users and Assets" and select 'Sub Users'

  2. Click the 3 dots(kebab menu) to the left of the Users' name whom you wish to Edit/ Delete.

  3. Select 'Edit User' to change their information, or click 'Delete User' to remove them from your Milk Moovement portal.

Troubleshooting

When creating a Sub-Processor, if you receive an error such as 'Unable to create user', please confirm you have entered all fields correctly. You should also ensure the email and username you're entering are both unique as an email/ username can only be used once in Milk Moovement.

Note: If the sub-user you are trying to add already has an existing Milk Moovement account, please reach out to the Support team for assistance.

While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
