Your account in Milk Moovement will have Name, Username, and Address information associated with it. To change this information, follow the steps below.
After logging into your Milk Moovement account, click on ‘Users and Assets’ in the menu bar on the left followed by ‘Users'.
Click on ‘Edit’ then update any fields necessary. The username is not an editable field.
Once you have finished updating your information, click on ‘Save’.
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
