Setting up SMS or text notifications/alerts in Milk Moovement.

Milk Moovement account notifications can be sent via in-app notification, email, SMS, or by phone.

To receive your notifications by SMS (text message) please follow the steps below.

  1. Look to the right-hand side of the page and click on the icon with your first initial. Then click 'Notifications Settings' in the resulting dropdown.

  2. Register a phone number for your account by clicking the button that says "Add Phone"

    1. Enter your area code and cell phone number. Then, choose and click either ‘Verify by SMS’ or ‘Verify by Phone Call’.

      Note: Verify by SMS to receive a text message with a 6-digit code OR select verify by Phone Call to receive a telephone call with a 6-digit code.

  3. Enter your 6-digit code into the provided field.

    Once the page refreshes, you will now see the phone number associated with your account at the top of your Notifications Settings page.

  4. Click the Kebab menu beside any set notification and then click SMS to enable SMS notifications!

    Note: Alert settings save automatically so once you have toggled your desired items you can return back to your dashboard or logout.

While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
