Milk Moovement account notifications can be sent via in-app notification, email, SMS, or by phone.
To receive your notifications by SMS (text message) please follow the steps below.
Navigate to the settings page by clicking on ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Register a phone number for your account by clicking the blue bar at the top of your screen 'ADD PHONE NUMBER TO RECEIVE SMS AND/OR PHONE NOTIFICATIONS'.
Enter your area code and cell phone number. Then, choose and click either ‘Verify by SMS’ or ‘Verify by Phone Call’.
Note: Verify by SMS to receive a text message with a 6-digit code OR select verify by Phone Call to receive a telephone call with a 6-digit code.
Enter your 6-digit code into the provided field.
Once the page refreshes, you will now see the phone number associated with your account at the top of your Notifications Settings page.
Toggle the SMS column to ON (blue) to receive your created notifications by text message.
Note: Alert settings save automatically so once you have toggled your desired items you can return back to your dashboard or logout.
