Haulers (and some Sub-Haulers) have the ability to add new users, such as Drivers and Sub-Haulers/ Dispatchers, for their Hauling company, as well as editing existing users.

This article will help guide you through the process of both adding a new user, and editing an existing user in Milk Moovement!

Adding New Users

Haulers are able to create either Drivers or Sub-Haulers. Drivers and Users created from an existing Hauler account will be associated with that Hauler only.

Usernames and Emails can only be used once in Milk Moovement; if you're receiving an error message about the username or email already being in use, you can try changing the username/ email OR you can reach out to the Milk Moovement support team for assistance!

Adding a New Driver

Drivers are users of the Milk Moovement Driver App. Drivers all have access to the same information within the app, so you cannot customize the permissions your Drivers will have, but they will be limited to Routes assigned only to your Hauling company.

Follow the steps below to add a New Driver to be associated with your Hauling company.

  1. Navigate to the 'Drivers' page within the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the blue 'Add Driver+' button in the upper right corner.

  3. You will be redirected to a new 'Add Driver' page where you will be required to enter Driver details such as Name, Username, Password, and Email. All required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Note: The password must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one number.

  4. Once all required fields have been filled out and you're satisfied with the information submitted, click the 'Add Driver' button at the bottom of the screen.

Adding a New Sub-Hauler

Sub-Haulers are users of the Milk Moovement web-portal for your Hauler. You're able to customize each new Sub-Hauler to limit what they have access to; click the box to the left of the permission you would like your new user to have.

Follow the steps below to add a New User to be associated with your Hauling company.

  1. Click on 'Creation Zone' within the left-hand menu, and select 'Create Sub Hauler'.

  2. Enter a Name, Username, Password, and Email for your new User.

  3. Select the permissions you would like this user to have.

  4. Once all required fields have been filled out and you're satisfied with the information submitted, click the 'Add Sub User' button at the bottom of the screen

Editing Existing Users

At this time, only an assigned Name can be edited for an existing user; if you need the username or email updated, you can contact our support team using the blue cow in the lower right side of the screen.

If an edit needs to be made to an existing users password, you'll need to use the 'Forgot your password?' option on the Milk Moovement login screen. Note that this will send a password reset email to the email associated with the user - if that email is not accessible, please contact our support team using the blue cow in the lower right side of the screen.

Follow the steps below to edit or delete an existing Sub-Hauler or Driver account:

  1. Navigate to the 'Drivers' page within the left-hand menu to find Drivers, or the 'Manage Sub Users > Sub Users' page to find Sub-Haulers.

  2. Use the search field in the upper right corner of the screen to locate the User/ Driver you'd like to edit.

  3. Click the kebab menu to the left of the User/ Driver you'd like to edit, and select the 'Edit' or 'Delete' option.

  4. For Sub Users, you will also have the option to edit their assigned permissions to view/ edit data associated with your hauling company.

Note: Deleted Users/ Drivers can be restored or edited using the 'Exclude Deleted' toggle in the upper left corner of the Driver and Sub Users pages.
