Driver - Performing a Delivery with the Rapid Test and Receiving Process

This article will make sure that you're sending your route information to the Lab and receivers so they can process your tank

Delivering to a location that utilizes Rapid Testing will require slightly different steps than other Processor locations!

This article will walk you through the steps necessary to make sure that you're sending your route information to the Lab Techs and Receivers so they can process your tank!

  1. In your Milk Moovement Driver App, tap the blue 'Actions' button on the middle of your screen.

  2. Select 'Deliver'.

  3. Next, search and tap on the Processor that you will be delivering the milk to.

  4. Once the handler is in blue, tap ‘NEXT’.

  5. Tap ‘Send Pre-Delivery Report’.

  6. After the report is sent, tap ‘Start Delivery’ once you’ve arrived at the plant.

  7. Enter your Gross Weight and Scale Ticket, and Tap on ‘Next’ immediately. This is VERY important so that your route information is sent to the lab and receiving.

  8. This will notify the lab that you are waiting for the lab results to unload screen.

    • Note: if you need to drop load, you can click the ‘Drop Load’ button. Next, click on ‘Drop Load’ to drop the trailer. This will bring you back to the start page to select your next route.

  9. Once the lab test is complete, you’ll be notified if the lab passed or if the lab failed.

    • For passed results, click on ‘Next’.

    • For failed lab results, click on ‘Done’ and follow the process for rejected milk.

  10. You’ll be redirected to a pump-off page. Once the pump is complete, click on ‘Next’. If your pump off is complete but you are still unable to tap 'Next' reach out to the receiver.

  11. Next, enter the Tare weight.

  12. Attach the Scaled Slip by clicking on the camera button and taking a picture of your scale ticket.

  13. Finally, click on ‘Submit’.
