The Processed Fluids section of your Milk Moovement portal will have individualized pages to track any Pickups or Deliveries of Processed Milk handled by your associated Hauler, as well as a Route Sessions page that displays all Routes, both Pickups and Dropoffs.

This article will explain the various options available from the Processed Fluids - Route Sessions section of the Milk Moovement portal.

Route Sessions

The Processed Fluids Route Sessions page will display information about processed milk loads that your associated hauler has handled.

  1. Select 'Processed Fluids' and then the 'Route Sessions' option that appears above on the left-hand side of the screen. This page will display only the Route Sessions that have been handled by your drivers.

Note: Route Sessions by default are shown on a monthly basis with the current month selected being shown in the upper left of the page. To change the month, use a common Preset range, or use a custom Date Range, check out our Help Center Article HERE!

  2. Use the search field in the upper right corner of the screen to filter results based on any of the information available on the screen (Manifest Number, Date, LT/ Invoice Number, Commodity, etc.)

Note: Click any of the column headers once to sort the page in descending order by that column; click again to sort by ascending, and a third time to remove sorting by column type.

  3. Download a .CSV file of all information from the Processed Fluids Route Sessions page - or just your filtered results - by clicking the downward-facing arrow to the right of the search field.

  4. To view Route Session information, or make changes to a logged Route Session, tap the vertical 3-dots (Kebab Menu) to the left of the load you want to view/ change, then select the 'Inspect Route Session' option.

Note: Choose 'Edit Route Session' to skip to Step 7!

  5. From this page, you will be able to view the details of your Route Session, including components and weights for both Pickup and Dropoff.

  6. To the right of the status button (Awaiting Pickup, Awaiting Dropoff, or Closed), you will see another vertical 3-dots; click this button and choose to Edit Route Session OR Cancel Load.

  7. The 'Edit Route Session' screen will provide several fields that you can edit; use the arrows to display a dropdown menu/ expand the fields in question. Only fields with an asterisk are mandatory.

Note: This is where you can adjust the associated Driver, Trailer number, or any other details except the PO Number.

  8. Click 'Save and Continue' to save your changes!
