Hauler - Adding CIP Washes

Wash Tags allow for easy tracking of the last time a Tanker was cleaned, and at which facility. Drivers will log their Washes through the Milk Moovement Driver app, which will be updated to your portal. This article will help guide you through viewing existing Washes, Editing Existing Washes, or adding a new Wash yourself!

Viewing Existing Washes:

  1. Click the 'CIP Wash' tab in the menu bar.

  2. Next, click the 'Washes' tab that appears in the menu bar.

    On this page you'll be able to see a list of Washes that have been completed for your Hauler for this month. Want more information on the wash?

  3. Click on the Kebab Menu located on the left of the wash you would like to inspect.

  4. Next, click on 'Inspect Wash' to view more information.

Adding New Washes:

If a wash was completed but not logged by the driver in Milk Moovement, you can add the wash on their behalf! Here's how:

  1. Within the Milk Moovement portal, click on 'CIP Wash' in the menu bar on the left.

  2. Next, Click on the 'CIP Wash' tab that appears in the menu bar.

  3. Next, click on 'ADD WASH +'/

  4. Click on 'Wash Date' and select a date from the calendar that the wash occurred.

  5. Select the Wash Location from the dropdown menu.

  6. Select the associated Route Session this wash was completed with.

  7. Select the Driver from the dropdown menu.

  8. Enter the seal number(s) and attach a picture of the wash slip.

Once all the information has been input, click on ‘SUBMIT’ at the bottom of the screen.

Editing an Existing Wash:

Noticed an error on an existing Wash and want to correct it? Here's how to edit a Wash:

  1. Locate the wash you would like to edit and click on the Kebab Menu to its left.

  2. Click on 'Edit Wash'.

  3. Edit any fields and click 'Edit Wash' to save the updated information.
