Once you have signed into your Milk Moovement account on your mobile device, you will be presented with a few options: Scheduled Route, Existing Route, Create New Route (only available in select regions), and Search Routes by LT #.
The following steps will guide you through how to search for a Route by LT#.
Tap the 'Search Routes by LT#' option available in the bottom right corner.
A new window will appear where you can enter the LT / Invoice Number for the route you need in the search bar.
If the LT exists as a Scheduled or Existing Route the information will now pop up. Tap to enter into the Route, and begin logging load information.
While on any page within the Milk Moovement App, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the bottom right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
