Ensuring that the information in a Delivery Report is accurate is important - if there were any changes to the load a Driver logged, or the Delivery Report were not sent, you'll be able to generate a Delivery Report right from the Web Portal!

Follow the bellow steps to generate a Delivery Report!

Delivery Reports can only be generated / sent if there is a Dropoff present on the Route.

  1. Locate the load you’re wanting to generate a Delivery Report on, and select the Inspect Route Session option

  2. To the right of ‘VIEW ACTIVITY LOGS’ you will see a kebab menu (3 vertical dots) - click the kebab menu

    • If a Delivery Report has not yet been generated, you’ll see the options ‘Generate Delivery Report’; the ‘View Delivery Report’ will be present, but greyed out

    • If a Delivery Report was already generated and sent, you’ll see the options ‘Regenerate Delivery Report’, and ‘View Delivery Report’

  3. Once your Delivery Report has been generated, the Report will appear with a green banner to confirm it was a success!
