Your Receiving Page on Milk Moovement gives you a clear view of all loads currently undergoing the receiving process at a plant. Here's what you can expect to find:

  • Arrival Date: This tells you when the driver checked into the plant

  • LT Number

  • Route

  • Driver

  • Trailer

  • Route Session Status: Indicates whether the route session is Active or Inactive. An Inactive status means that the trailer was dropped by the Driver.

If Milk Moovement's receiving tool is being used at the Plant, you may also see:

  • Receiving Process Status: Provides information about the current status of the receiving process the load is in, such as Awaiting Test, Awaiting Pump Off, or Pumping Off.

  • Rapid Test Time/Pump Off Time: Displays the time taken for rapid testing or pumping off

Completing a Dropoff on the Receiving page

When a load reaches the Departure status, you can transition it into a Dropoff directly from the Receiving page. Here's how:

  • 1. Locate the load you wish to complete the Dropoff for. Click on the three-dotted vertical button situated on the far left of each row.

    2. Select "Complete Dropoff" from the options that appear. This action will prompt a form to appear, as shown below.

    3a. If it's a Scaled Plant:

    • The Gross Weight should already be entered. You'll only need to input the Tare Weight.

    • Attach the relevant slips.

    • Add the scale ticket ID if it hasn't already been included.

    3b. If it's a Metered Plant:

    • Enter the Metered Amount.

    • Attach the relevant slips.

    4. Once all necessary information is entered, click on "Done" located at the bottom right of the form.

    5. A confirmation message, similar to the one below, will appear to indicate that the Dropoff has been successfully created:

Permissions

By default, all Haulers have access to the Receiving page. However, Sub-haulers will need to have this permission enabled by checking the "View Receiving Dropoffs" option when editing the Sub-hauler. Main Hauler accounts and some Sub-Hauler accounts will hold the authority to grant this permission to their respective sub-users.
