Milk Moovement offers the ability to upload a .csv file to the Processed Milk Schedule to help streamline the updating or creation of Processed Milk Schedule Cards!
Formatting Tips for your .csv File
Some things to keep in mind when creating your .csv file:
When entering the Processor / Hauler information, you can use just the Name (i.e. Hauler), the Number (i.e. 123), or both (i.e. Hauler - 123)
To edit existing Schedule Cards, simply enter the existing LT Number in the LT Number field, and upload
To add new Schedule Cards, simply leave the LT Number field blank - the system will create new LT Numbers for use with your Scheduled Routes
For commodities with two or more words, simply add an underscore in place of a space, and capitalize the first letter only. For example, UF Skim would be entered into the .csv file as 'Uf_skim' and Condensed Buttermilk would be entered as 'Condensed_buttermilk'

To upload your new Processed Milk Schedule or changes, follow the steps below!
Uploading a .csv File
Navigate to the Scheduling → Processed Milk page
Click the 'Upload Schedule .csv' button
Add your .csv file, then hit 'Submit'
