The following article will walk you through how to start a Processed Fluid load and enter relevant Pickup details.
Starting a Load
Navigate to the Processed Fluids Tracking → Load Schedules (PF) page
Using the 'Search by LT' field, enter the LT Number of the load you're looking to start OR use the filters in the upper right corner (Hauling Companies, Commodities, or Inbound </> Outbound Loads) to find the appropriate load
Note: Ensure your selected dates encompass the period your load is scheduled for
Confirm the Commodity type and LT Number, then click the bottom 'Start Route Session' status bar
Enter the Date & Time, Manifest (BOL) and PO Numbers, and select a Trailer. Once all of your required fields have been entered, select the blue 'Save and Continue' option at the bottom
Finishing a Loadout
After completing steps 1-4 above OR navigate to the Scheduling → Processed Milk page, finding the LT in question and using the View Route Session option, click the 'Add Pickup' option in the lower left of the page
Confirm Date & Time match when you finished the loadout
Add your Gross and Tare weights
Add Rapid Test results from the BOL (only what you see on the BOL)
Add your 3 Photos; BOL, Seal Slip, and Scale Ticket
Press 'Save and Continue' once all information has been entered
Once you've successfully entered and saved your Load details, other users in Milk Moovement will be able to see the information, and be able to complete the load.
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner.
