Before you can request your first payout on a Challenge or Pro funded account, your account balance must reach a specific target. This target is calculated using a simple formula: Starting Balance + Maximum Drawdown + $100 (buffer fee) + $500.
Account Size | First Payout Target | Calculation Breakdown |
50K | $52,600 | $50,000 + $2,000 + $100 + $500 |
100K | $103,600 | $100,000 + $3,000 + $100 + $500 |
150K | $155,100 | $150,000 + $4,500 + $100 + $500
|
First Payout Target = Base Capital + Minimum Profit + Buffer ($100) + Minimum Withdrawal ($500)
Where:
• Base Capital = your account size (50K / 100K / 150K)
• Minimum Profit = the minimum profit you must generate, equal to your account's maximum drawdown ($2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500)
• Buffer ($100) = market spike protection
• Minimum Withdrawal ($500) = the smallest amount you can request as a payout
In simple terms: before your first payout, your balance must be high enough to cover your drawdown, the buffer, and the minimum withdrawal amount — all while keeping your account above its starting capital. This way, even after withdrawing the $500 minimum, your account stays safely above base level.
