MILTRADERS is built for serious, disciplined traders. Responsible trading is at the core of how we evaluate and reward performance.

What we look for: A clear, repeatable trading strategy with defined entry, exit, and risk parameters. Consistent position sizing aligned with account size and drawdown limits. Proper use of stop-losses and take-profits. Trading during conditions that suit your strategy (not chasing every move). Taking breaks when emotionally affected β€” chasing losses leads to gambling behavior.

What we discourage: Trading without a plan. Repeated max-size positions to "make back" losses. Overtrading or revenge trading. Trading under emotional stress, fatigue, or distraction. Treating your account like a casino rather than a business.

Tools to support disciplined trading: Maintain a trading journal with notes for every session. Set daily PnL goals (both profit and loss limits) and respect them. Take regular breaks and step away after a tough session. Review your trades weekly to identify patterns and improve.

If you feel that trading is becoming compulsive or harmful to your well-being, please step away and seek appropriate support. Trading should be a structured business activity, not an emotional outlet.
